If your Sky receiver has a blue screen, shows a message saying Technical Fault or has a No Satellite Signal is being received error, please do the following.
Please disconnect your Sky receiver from the mains power supply. Now wait 5 minutes. Reconnect your Sky receiver to the mains supply and wait a further 5 minutes. Now turn on your Sky receiver using the Sky remote control, pressing the TV Guide button. Now you should be able to go to a TV channel and watch TV as normal.
If this has not resolved your problem it is likely that your satellite dish has a problem or your Sky receiver has a problem. We would recommend contacting your local installer/technician for further information.
